  • Call the Inspection Request Line at (949) 248-3590 with the permit number, site address, inspection type, requested date, gate code (if applicable), and a callback phone number
  • Inspections must be scheduled by 4:00pm the prior business day to be scheduled for the next business day; inspections are normally performed 8:00am-4:00pm
  • A printed copy of all Symbium-approved documents must be on site for the field inspection
  • Confirm the inspection time window via the city's 'Daily Inspections' page by 8:00am the morning of the inspection, or call (949) 248-3564; cancellations must be made before 8:00am that same morning
