WestLight Energy's own site confirms it is San Mateo County's CCA, formed in 2015 after every city council in the county voted to establish it, serving the entire county (all cities/towns, including Woodside) since 2017. PG&E continues to deliver the power and provide billing/customer service.

Inspection steps
- Schedule inspections by calling the Building Department at 650-851-6790 or emailing projectmanagers@woodsideca.gov, at least 72 hours in advance
- Provide the property address, permit number, and inspection type when scheduling
- All reviewing departments listed on the permit card (e.g. Building, Planning, Geology, Engineering, Fire District) must finalize before a Building Department Final can be scheduled
