Apple Valley Choice Energy (AVCE) (Community Choice Aggregator)
AVCE is the Town of Apple Valley's own Community Choice Aggregator, governed by the Apple Valley Town Council, operational since 2017. Customers are automatically enrolled in the default 'CoreChoice' plan (minimum 35% renewable); a 'MoreChoice' opt-up plan provides 100% renewable electricity for a $2.00/month premium. SCE continues to deliver the power and provide billing/customer service.
